Why we give
God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.
What is tithing
A tithe-which means "tenth"-is defined as the first 10% of a person's income before taxes or anything else comes out. When we bring our first and best back to God, He promises to bless the rest. We can't out give God. We know tithing is a huge step of obedience, but you're not alone!
